Pastor
Joseph Likavo founder of IVC .
Pastor Likavo is a composite individual who fits
in all groups of human race. Having been orphaned
in his teens, he has proved to many people that
success is a matter of mind set and self-motivation.
He had neither father nor mother to mentor him to
be who he is today. However, through it all, he
had made it. His personal living is a living testimony
of what God can do despite of a very desperate condition
one is in.
He is married to a beautiful quite and wise lady,
Janet Likavo and together are blessed with four
children; Collins (USA), Kevin (DT Dobie - NRB),
Daniel (African Nazarene University), and Joy Buyanzi
(SOS Primary) he leads a devoted life that fits
all spheres of his involvements. For instance;
FAMILY: He is devoted to his family. To His dear
wife, He is Loving and caring husband .They are
so much tied together that nothing can do them part
till God Himself declares it. Their marriage is
a role model and is admired by many. To their children,
he is a real father, they call him daddy and they
respect and love him so much. He loves his children,
disciplines, counsels, teaches them good morals,
jokes and plays with them, you see the children
you see the character of the father in them. Joy
the last-born recognizes her daddy as a close friend
and a playmate whom they play together after school.
To his biological brothers and sisters, he is viewed
and as a respected preacher of the gospel of our
Lord and Savoir Jesus Christ. They approach him
with a lot of respect and love. |

Ministry: He
pastors IVC Church. The congregation at VC knows him as
a pastor who cares .He accommodate all the Members of
the church; they sit and listen to his wise teachings
and many have testifies of how their lives have changed
just by taking into action what he teaches. They call
him a teacher of the word of God.
AS an employer: The staff members in his office know him
as director and administrator. He is respected and approached
with great respect and humility. He believes in redeeming
time, he believes in Excellency, integrity, productivity
and commitment to work
Social Life: He interacts freely. Many love him and people
feel proud talking to him face to face or just on phone.
Author: Pastor Likavo has authored books. For instance
Generation iniquity, PWARFF, establishing prayer in a
local church, Spiritual mapping, Rejection, in pursuit
of Vision and a manual on land issues to be launched soon,
Mentorship: He has mentored many successful people. Many
how have passed through his hands are a real example of
